The addition of Tusky Valley move-in Kaleigh Wiseman adds another layer to the returning team champs. If Anna Brasiel emerges as a state level 100, the Panthers widen he gap even more. What weight classes Forberg, Geckler and Shepard end up will ultimately boost or reduce the team total, although 2025 Fargo champion Heckler is as close to a lock as you're going to get.
Orange has a lightweight crunch then loosens up past 155. Two freshmen---Madison Carder and Avery Ogles---could emerge as high placers. Seems 110-120 could move around, but Amonette at 115 is intriguing after going 1-2 at 125 state in 2026. Fargo Champ Mackenzie Carder leads a group of six with state experience (including the Davis twins, Tackett and Smith.
Finalist Leng is the big gun, but Avery Riley is the hidden mark. On a good day, and in Marysville's room, she is wrestling Sunday night. Heavyweight Maci Lee had a Cinderella post-season. If she can repeat this run, Marysville is in the mix. Stalwarts like Streng, Haines, Lewis and McKinney could make the difference. Strong had a busy off-season and may have made an enormous jump.
Harrison has three placers back: Littleton, Decaluwe and Dearwester. Add in freshman Rae Moore and sophomore Brooklyn Robinson, and you've got Harrison right back fighting for the top spot. This is not the team to sleep on, they will be ready to go by January.
Kylee Tibbs leads a very deep line-up, including fellow senior Mykah Bailey and Mina Gee.
